Years back when I cycled the Stuart highway up to Darwin the daily highlights were the eccentric customers and distinctive themed pubs that are the roadhouses of the Northern Territory . SA and WA lacks that same uniquely outback character of its roadhouses. All big sheds here with little memorabilia of times past.
