Such a lot of glorious weather along the route with heaps to see . Our mission was to visit Orlean and hopefully buy a very cheap camera as I had a problem with dismounting the iPhone ( default camera ) which serves as navigator , every time I needed to stop to take a picture .

Managed finally to get a camera at a cheap price from a pawnbroker so will make life just a little simpler

With temperatures soaring during the day I decided to add a nice little ice bag to help cool liquids and fluids for later in the day . Nothing like a cool drink and the water bottles on the bike quickly become too warm for satisfying drinking . My daily mission now is to find ice by midday then cool the water , wine , beer and meat down . A real luxury . Barb approved !

Oh bugger , some seriously uncool froggy has stolen our precious blue ice box , sometime overnight . From hero to zero , after all my self congratulatory enthusiasm . She I report it too the police ? It still had ice , one large can of beer and half a smelly French cheese .
